Terms of Service for Reel Vibe Box

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the website located at reelvibebox.com (the "Service") provided by Reel Vibe Box ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

Infringing upon or misappropriating the intellectual property rights of Reel Vibe Box or any third party. 3.2.3. Transmitting or uploading any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. 3.2.4. Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service. 3.2.5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate means. 3.2.6. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. 3.2.7. Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. 3.2.8. Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Company Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of such content, are owned by Reel Vibe Box or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. 4.2. User Content License. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Reel Vibe Box a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Reel Vibe Box's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. 4.3. Representation of Ownership. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit; and you grant Reel Vibe Box the license to use such User Content as set forth herein. 4.4. Infringement Claims. Reel Vibe Box respects the intellectual property of others. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1. "As Is" Basis. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 5.2. No Guarantee. Reel Vibe Box does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. 5.3. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Reel Vibe Box, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Termination

6.1. Company's Right to Terminate. Reel Vibe Box may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. 6.2. User's Right to Terminate. You may cease using the Service at any time. 6.3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Reel Vibe Box is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 7.2. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreeable arbitration service.

8. General Provisions

8.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reel Vibe Box regarding the use of the Service. 8.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. 8.3. Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Reel Vibe Box’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 8.4. Amendments. Reel Vibe Box reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes, typically by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
